Breaking news: The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has stayed Judge Vaughn Walker’s Proposition 8 decision, preventing him from setting aside the public’s referendum on the matter until the case is heard and ruled on by the 9th Circuit. See AP article here.
The 9th Circuit will hear arguments concerning the case in December.
